Gil still hates him! SHOCKER I KNOW. That hate only really increased with Allen killing him and all, even if it wasn't exactly Rayflo's fault. But he was very eager to accept Rayflo's deal; he wants to try to regain every bit of control he feels like he's lost in their two threads together, and beng able to do whatever he wants to him is a nice way to achieve that :)
